Please allow up to 3 business days for processing on each order. In many cases we will have your package sent out the following business day.

Confirmation of shipping method and a tracking number (if applicable ie: not on envelopes) will be sent via email once the order has been processed.


Our return policy is the same for on-line and in-store purchases.

If you receive an order and are not completely satisified with the product, please contact us via telephone or come into the store within 30 days from date of purchase, and we will do our best to remedy the situation for you.

Returned products must be in resellable condition ie: in working order, no broken parts, no missing pieces, no smells etc.

We are unable to accept for return or exchange any of the following:

  • products we consider abused including damage or smells

  • electrical parts used for repair

  • repair parts installed by the customer

  • non-stocked special order items

Original shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


1) Call us at (250) 564-2299 to discuss the problem and we may authorize a return of the item.

2) Once the item has been received at our store, we will inspect it for the reason of return.

3) After inspection, if approved, a refund will be issued through the original payment method.
